About Chedva

Chedva Feigin LCSW

Chedva earned a Bachelors degree in psychology from Queens College (CUNY) in 2005 and then went on to obtain a Masters degree in social work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work in 2007. Her first job was at Jewish Family Services of Clifton, NJ. She has experience working in long term care facilities, inpatient psych units, social service agencies and geriatric programming. She has held roles in case management, end of life planning, discharge planning and clinical social work. Chedva obtained her clinical license in 2010, and for the next 15 years, ran a very successful private practice in Passaic, New Jersey, until making aliyah with her husband, children, and two cats in 2024.

Chedva specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction and co-dependency. Following her aliyah, Chedva continues to work privately out of her office in Hashmonaim, Israel, as well as via telehealth for clients in Israel and the United States.

In her free time, Chedva enjoys expanding her knowledge of mental health, hiking, spending time with family, and cooking new and interesting international cuisine. Heather takes great pride in her role as a wife, and a mother to 2 sons, 4 daughters and 2 cats.
